The Old Roof
The old roof had stains and the shingles were worn down. This homeowner chose to replace her roof to enhance curb appeal, protect her home against leaks & to increase the value of her home.

Removing The Old Roof
After the old shingles were removed, we replaced the plywood that had been damaged by water seepage over the years.

Waterproofing The Roof
Heavy rain and wind storms can allow water to get under your shingles. To protect your home against leaks, we tape the seams of the roof deck and then install a waterproof, synthetic underlayment. This ensures that even if water gets under your shingles, it won't get into your home.

Installing The New Shingles
Once the waterproofing underlayment was installed, it was time for the shingles to be nailed in. Our team worked diligently to ensure that each strip of shingles was secure. Did you know that we offer a nail cleanup guarantee? We want to make sure that we keep your home neater than we found it- which is why we'll give you $1 for every nail we miss during the cleanup process.

The End Result
After all of our products were installed together, the homeowner had herself an extremely durable and protective roof! She had peace of mind knowing that she was covered for years to come.
