The first step of the roof replacement process is to remove the old roof. Once the old shingles are removed, our team can then looked see if the underlying wood needs to be replaced. If there are signs of water damage on the plywood decking, our team removes the wood and replaces it with brand new plywood.

Before our team can get to work installing the rest of the roof, they tape out the seams of the plywood roof decking. This protects the home from water seepage through the wood seams.

As a part of our full roofing system, we install the IKO RoofGuard and the Gold Shield. These membranes waterproof the plywood decking to ensure that leaks will not happen.
