Our System Design Specialist, Alvin R., arrived at the home, on time, and provided a thorough inspection. After, Alvin presented his findings to the homeowner and provided a variety of shingles for the homeowner to choose from. The installation appointment was then scheduled. 

Within a week, our crew arrived at the home and replaced the roof. They first placed a large tarp around the perimeter of the home and stripped the old roof. They then inspected the deck and replaced the rotting plywood with thick CDX plywood. CDX plywood has a thick layer that will not easily get soaked. Our crew then installed the Ice and Water Membrane, which prevents the deck from ice, snow, and water seepage. Finally, our crew installed the new shingles and did a final cleanup before completing the job. The new roof was fully installed, and the homeowner was very impressed with the results!
