Our crew arrived at the home, on time, and proceeded to replace the roof. Our Project Manager, Carlos Castaneda, oversaw the project and made sure the job was installed correctly.

First, our crew removed all materials from the roof including trees, branches, and plants. Any railing was covered to prevents impacting damage or dents, and a large tarp was placed around the home to collect the materials. Our crew then stripped the rood of all materials. 

Second, our crew inspected the deck and replaced any old and rotting plywood with CDX plywood. They then laid our Ice and Water Protector, which prevents leaks from snow and ice, on top of the deck. They then sued plywood seam tape to secure any openings from the deck. 

Lastly, our crew installed the new shingles and did a final clean-up, making sure all materials were removed from the perimeter.
