Jeff Nero was very thorough; probably the main reason for me choosing Quality 1st.

Jack, the supervisor, was very attentive. I did not speak with any of the other guys, but they seemed to be hard workers.
They did a very good job.
What made you choose our company:
Jeff Nero was very thorough in his assessment. I particularly liked the fact that you were taking your time to do a good job (the other company would have finished in one day, which to me meant they were rushing it). Also, the line of shingles used was better than the ones in another estimate I had received. The 50-year warranty also seemed better! Now, I just hope I never need a repair!
