Replacing Your Roof During the Fall Season

Replacing Your Roof During the Fall Season - Image 1

Homeowners should ask themselves this question every year: "Should I replace my roof this season?" The answer can be "yes" or the answer can be "no." Eventually, you have to replace your roof.

The average lifespan of your roof is eighteen years before it develops issues. Some of these issues include leaks, mold, and black water streaks. Trust me when I say you DON'T want this to happen. A strong roof protects you and your home from the outside elements, but a weak roof can actually give you these issues.

We're already in the fall season, the time when leaves fall (literally), and the main focus of your home maintenance is your roof. Eventually, you're going to have to replace your roof, especially if you're thinking about selling your home.

When thinking about replacing your roof during the fall season ask yourself these questions:

"How old is my roof?"

"When was the last time my roof was replaced?"

"Am I experiencing any leaks or other roofing issues?"

"Do I plan to sell my home in the future?"

Once you've indicated that your roof needs to be replaced, then the first step is to get it inspected. It's one thing that you need to get your roof replaced, but it's another thing when a contractor doesn't do a good job at it. That's what Klaus Roofing by Quality 1st is here for! Our team is trained to provide thorough roofing inspections and provide quotes that best serve our homeowners.

If you're interested in scheduling a free estimate, give us a call or schedule one here.

You'll be happy once your roof is set for the rest of fall and the beginning of the winter season!
