Klaus Roofing Systems by Quality 1st was contacted by a homeowner in East Brunswick, NJ. The homeowner knew it was time to replace their roof after seeing it starting to deteriorate. After speaking with a customer service representative, the homeowner scheduled an appointment with our System Design Specialist, Dillon.
Dillon arrived at the home, on time, and provided a thorough inspection of the roof. Afterwards, he presented his findings to the homeowner. A few days, later our crew arrived at the home and replaced the roof.
First, our crew inspected the roof and removed any loose materials including branched, plants, and shrubs. They then placed a large tarp around the perimeter of the home and stripped the shingles from the roof. After stripping the shingles our crew inspected the deck and replaced any rotting plywood with our thick CDX plywood. They then placed an ice and water membrane over the deck. Once the membrane has been installed, our crew installed the new shingle and did a final cleanup before completing the job. The homeowner was happy with the results and was satisfied with Klaus Roofing Systems by Quality 1st.
